Yoga & The 12 Steps
Join us at The Haven Yoga Studio in Simpsonville SC the 2nd Wednesday of every month @ 7:30pm as we journey through recovery on our mats.
We start with a breathing & meditation followed by a sharing circle structured around the 12 Steps and Al-anon. After we share, we end our time together by taking it to our mats with a gentle yoga class.
As a spiritual recovery organization, we believe in incorporating mindfulness tools and principles into our lives to learn the ability to self soothe. Healing our mind, body and soul by sharing our experience, strength and hope through yoga and community.

It's about creating positive energy around yourself and what you’re doing. It is about being mindful how you treat yourself and others. In this workshop we will break down the most essential tools to help you to find the peace that is all around you. You will learn various breathing techniques and meditations to help you be the peace you wish to see in the world.
Journal your way to gratitude

When you come from a place of abundance and gratitude, your whole life will change. This workshop will help you appreciate all of the parts of life, the good and bad. Daily journaling is a wonderful outlet to explore the reality of your life. Join us while we journal together and learn the tools to shift our focus to graditude.
What is your Love Language?
(Launching February 2022)
We are all unique individuals with our own love language. As we grow, the world around us begins to influence our identity. This workshop will lead you on a journey of self-discovery where you will learn your own love language. You will also learn the love language of your partner, family and friends to help you to deepen your communication. Understanding how people perceive love can have a huge impact on your relationships.
