This space was created with the understanding that everyone heals differently…

May that be through yoga, meditation, Al-Anon, life coaching, family recovery coaching, motivational workshops, therapy or even just by sharing our stories with one another; we believe that change and healing is possible. Our focus is on bringing people together to create a beautiful community filled with love, hope and support for one another.

We are a Recovery Organization offering monthly access to family recovery coaching, guided meditations & Mindful Recovery Yoga.  
As a part of your life’s journey, we are also thrilled to offer monthly workshops and live classes for you to participate in as well.
Our mission is to bridge the gap of recovery by helping families to heal alongside their loved ones. When the family heals, we can be our loved one’s best chance at recovery.
If someone you love struggles with addiction or is in recovery and you would like to join us for our weekly meetings via zoom - we would love to meet you. Life in general can sometimes feel overwhelming. I can understand that feeling because I was once there. I have learned tools to change my life and to create a reality I have only dreamed of.

My passion is to help you to find your peace and to take radical responsibility for your life. I am a Personal Development Coach and a Family Recovery Coach. I use mindful practices in my coaching to help you to get your life back and reclaim your seat at the head of the table.

Do you or someone you love struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, codependency or addiction? Often times as partners and family members we struggle as well. I am sure we can all attest to how drug abuse and alcoholism has a ripple effect of emotional suffering for the whole family. 

My mission is to help bridge the gap in recovery by helping families to heal alongside their loved ones. When the family heals, we can be our loved one's best chance at recovery.

Serenity Flow Workshop

Yoga & The 12 Steps


We start with a breathing & meditation followed by a sharing circle structured around the 12 Steps and Al-anon. After we share, we end our time together by taking it to our mats with a gentle yoga class. 

As a spiritual recovery organization, we believe in incorporating mindfulness tools and principles into our lives to learn the ability to self soothe. Healing our mind, body and soul by sharing our experience, strength and hope through yoga and community.

In this workshop we will break down the most essential tools to help you to find the peace that is all around you. You will learn various breathing techniques and meditations to help you be the peace you wish to see in the world.

When you come from a place of abundance and gratitude, your whole life will change. This workshop will help you appreciate all of the parts of life, the good and bad. Daily journaling is a wonderful outlet to explore the reality of your life. Join us while we journal together and learn the tools to shift our focus to graditude.
